Here are some common questions before arranging home-care support.

How do I know whether I need a caregiver or a registered nurse?

You don't have to make that decision alone. Tell us about the patient's diagnosis, current condition and daily care needs. We can discuss the appropriate level of support with you.

Can I request a nurse for a single visit?

Yes. Care Plan offers nurse visits for specific nursing needs, follow-up or clinical support. The listed price is KSh 3,500 per visit, with medical supplies and other consumables charged separately where applicable.

Do I have to know the exact duration before contacting you?

No. If you are unsure, select "Not Sure" in the request form and tell us about the patient's needs. We can discuss the appropriate duration with you.

Where does Care Plan provide home care?

Care Plan provides home-based care in Kenya. Contact us with your location so we can discuss whether we can arrange the appropriate care for you.

How do I start a care request?
